About the event
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of a season (Lent) of contemplation leading up to Holy Week and Easter. We impose ash on our foreheads with the words "From dust you came and to dust you shall return." The thing that changes that fact is Jesus Christ. This worship begins our walk toward Easter.
